This one day workshop allows attendees to really explore the impact of change on key stakeholders and helps them develop strategies to effectively manage it.
Managing the Team
A one day course that looks at team dynamics and how to create excellently performing teams. It is a fun and highly interactive day that provides loads of skills on how to build and motivate your team.
A one day course that looks at the employment lifecycle and your role within it as a manager. It focusses on behaviours and influencing styles.
A one day course that analyses how to improve communications in the workplace. It covers what makes good communication, learning styles, stakeholder management and communication planning. As with all my courses, it is interactive and you will be expected to get involved!
Managing Poor Performance
The one area that most managers hate. How do you handle someone who is not performing. This one day course will look at the reasons for poor performance, how to challenge and how to put in place improvement plans.
Project Management 1
A one day course designed for those of you who are just starting to manage small projects as part of your day job. It covers the essential elements necessary to manage small projects: project planning, risk management and managing stakeholders.
Project Management 2
A half day course that covers target setting, undertaking one-to-ones and annual appraisals. Managing your team’s performance is the key element of your job as a manager, this course gives you the skills to be brilliant at it.

My courses are interactive, effective and fun – who ever learnt anything on a boring training course? My training packages are run as half-day, day long or longer duration workshops, they are designed for between 8 and 12 people and are priced per package.

Training can cost a lot of money and so it is only right that you demand solutions that meet your needs. No two clients are the same, so why should I, as a training provider, tell you what you need?
You want flexibility, you want to understand what impact the training will have and you want value for money. That is why I am offering an “a la carte” training service.
You decide the impact – You tell me what impact you want the training to have and we agree the right measures to allow you to track whether the training is having the desired effect.
You decide the topics – You tell me the areas of strength and weakness in your managers and tell me the areas you want covering
You decide the format – Full day, half day, online, work-based, off-site, you decide the format that suits your business the best.
I design and deliver the training. I design the in work activities and the measurement activities.

These are usually one day or half day workshops that are highly interactive and fun and are accompanied by clear notes to support the attendees after once they get back into the workplace.
