Solutions for Business
Helping you develop your future leaders
Over half of people who resign leave because of their manager or because of the company culture. One average, it costs around £30,000 to replace a member of staff. Those are frightening statistics. I help businesses develop great leaders whose emotional intelligence strengthens the business and develops stronger bonds with your clients.
Developing future leaders is not about training courses or reading books, it is about creating an environment where people can exhibit the right behaviours. That is why my leadership and team leader development programmes are a mix of workshops, work-based assignments, reflection and coaching … all designed to create the perfect learning environment.
Shaun was getting frustrated that he was experiencing peaks and troughs in his workload. The peaks meant he was overloaded, the troughs impacted his income and affected his confidence. Over a number of sessions, I worked on helping Shaun appreciate the value of what he provides to his client and understand who his clients are. This allowed him to promote himself better and charge more realistic prices for his services.
During our sessions, Paul was patient, friendly and explained everything down to the last detail to make sure I fully understood what needed to change. It was a fun process and one I would recommend to any business owner. If you would like to change something about your business but you’re not sure how, Paul is definitely the man to speak too.
In 2013, I was delighted to win a contract to deliver four workshops to owners of creative businesses on behalf of Creative Enterprise Hub in Leicester.
I designed and delivered four half-day workshops to a number of self employed graphic designers, magazine editors and artists which covered leadership styles, how to manage people, how to manage teams and how to communicate effectively.
The courses were very well received and I loved the engagement I got from the attendees.
