Writing online training content for Dimension Training

Dimension Training offer a wide range of online training courses through their portal.  They wanted to expand their offering to include leadership and management and approached me to develop content.

I wrote 6 modules that covered Motivation, Performance Management, Financial Management and the role of IT in the Workplace. Each course was built around a series of learning objectives with a mix of media (written word, images, links to videos etc) and some questions to test learning.

The courses are linked to ILM level 3 and enable new managers to understand the concepts of managing a team.
